Information and Instructions

1.        Please type or print

2.        Prices based on current wage rate and are subject to change with out notice

3.        All equipment regardless of source of power must comply with all federal, state and local codes

4.        Wall, column and permanent building utility outlets are not a part of booth space and are not to be used by exhibitors unless specified otherwise

5.        All extension cords must be of the 3 wire grounded type

6.        The Hilton Myrtle Beach reserves the right to refuse any hazardous wiring and equipment.

7.        All materials furnished by the Hilton Myrtle Beach and PSAV for this service shall remain the property of the Hilton Myrtle Beach and PSAV at the close of the show.

8.        Rates quoted cover only the bringing of service to the booth in the most convenient manner and do not include connection of equipment or special wiring.  The Hilton Myrtle Beach assumes no liability for failure of electrical current, supply or output and makes no warranties that the electrical sources located at the Hotel are suitable for any particular purposes.

9.        Advance Orders must be received a minimum of 21 days prior to the exhibitors arrival.

The Hilton Myrtle Beach has wireless internet available through the HHonors network in all meeting rooms and lobby areas for $9.95 per day and can be paid for upon arrival either to your room, or billed to a credit card through the login.  Should you require hard wired internet please contact our communications department at 843-497-2499.
