2010 CONFERENCE

Dear Vendor,

South Carolina APCO/NENA joint conference was a great success last year. A large part of our success is because of the vendor participation and generosity. This year’s conference is set for October 27th thru 29th, 2010 at the Hilton Resort. We will have plenty of vendor space, as we will be starting a new experience using the new Convention Center facilities. All meetings and vendor area are in one building and on the same floor. One of our goals is to keep cost down for everyone including vendors. The rate for standard booth will be $450 (8X10) and for large booth $600 (8X14). This amount covers the booth and two-company representatives to all events. Additional representatives can attend for $75 each. We ask that you pre-register all representatives before the conference. We will place vendors by date of receipt of registration. Vendor set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, October 27th, beginning at 8 A.M. with special vendor hall time for decision-makers starting at 2:00. We are seeking bag stuffing goodies for conference bags and donations for our annual golf tournament. Anyone wishing to provide bag stuffing goodies can send them to Kirk at address below. These items should be received by October 22^nd. We also have sponsorships available for breaks, breakfast, lunch, beach party etc. The golf tournament will be held on Tuesday, October 26th @ 11:30. Donations for the golf tournament should be coordinated with Kirk. He can be reached at 803-424-4001. If you need to ship anything, please use information on attached shipping form.
